Buddha/Amulets

The ”Buddhas” are found all over Thailand, in Temples, in small collectors shop and at different markets. The amulets have many different meanings, shapes, style and colours.

The intention of a Buddha amulet is to bring good luck, wealth and protection to the wearer against all danger.

Some of the amulets have a special meaning or specific power, depending on the knowledge and the gift of the monk who made and blessed them.

The size of the  Buddha amulet is between 3 cm(smallest), 5 cm(most common) and up to 8 cm.

The shapes is, oval, rectangular, triangle and drop-shaped.

The colour depend on the material the ”Buddhas” are made of, ranging from white, brown, bronze, black/gold, black/green, grey and black.

They are ”boxed” in stainless steel, by a special Buddha-collector in Phuket, Thailand.

”Medicine-Buddha”, Phra Gring, benefits the wearer of good health, cures physical and inner illness. Phra Gring also brings good luck, scares away bad ”karma” and misfortune to its owner.

”Phra Pittda-Buddha”, closed eyes find inner peace and happiness. Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. His blessings offer strong protection and wealth.

”Elephant-Buddha”, Ganesha , God of Success, the God of Opening doors and overcoming Obstacles. This Buddha is also associated with great wisdom, learning, prudence and power.

”Turtle-Buddha”, Phaya Taoreuan, stands for permanent wealth. The turtle just keeps on walking forward and onward, never backwards. The ”Tao” symbolises prosperity, fertility and long life. He is also seen as a symbol for success in business.

”Buddha” amulet, Luang Por Thuad, is a legendary monk in Thailand. All know him and respect him as The Holy monk. His blessing gives strong protection against evil and darkness. His amulets protect the wearer from all dangers.

Leather

The leather strap is plaited and made by a local leather maker in Kamala, Thailand.

Individually hand crafted, each strap is unique in dye of colour and tightness of plait. Chose your own style, long or short. The short can be used as either a necklace or a bracelet.

The long strap is 66-68 cm, the short is 55-56 cm.

Leather strap colours comes in black, brown, natural, pink, purple, red, green and orange.

Attached to the leather strap are 2 stain-less steel rings, CLOUD69 logo engraved on them.

Same colours as the necklaces, single is 18-19 cm, double is 37-38 cm, this collection provides the Luang Phor Thuad amulet on it, silver colour.
